Biography
She completed her PhD degree on Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Cukurova University, Turkey. She graduated her BsC and master degree at Field Crops department of Ankara University. She is currently a full-time professor, of Industrial Crops at Field Crops Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Çukurova University. She is interested in medicinal and aromatic plants and dye plants since her undergraduate education. Additionally, she is coordinator of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Garden of Botanical Garden of Çukurova University ANG.
Research Interest
Her research interests include domestication and cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants, dye plants, in situ and ex-situ conservation of plant genetic diversity, determination of yield and chemical composition of medicinal plants by agronomical applications.
