Assist. Prof. Food Toxicology and Contaminants, National Research Centre since 2013, supervised more than 10 M.Sc. and Ph.D. Theses and published more than 30 research papers in the food toxicology and contaminants area. Attended 19 conferences, workshops and had a training course in the field of food pollution 2009 that held in China. Taught in the training course in the area of food toxicology, vetted and reviewed more than 40 research articles for different international journals, in 2015 got a Khayria Naguib prize from NRC Egypt, 2017 got a Patent in the field of food technology and contaminants, Academic Editor board member of European journal of nutrition &food safety from 2017.
