Dr. Anurag Singh is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Sonipat, Haryana (India). Previously he worked as Assistant Professor in Department of Food Technology at Raja Balwant Singh Engineering Technical Campus, Agra (India). Dr. Anurag Singh has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Food Technology and Engineering from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra (India) in year 2003 and his M. Tech. in Chemical Technology with specialization in Food Technology from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow (India) in year 2005. Dr. Singh completed his Ph.D. in Food Technology from Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalay, Satna (India). Dr. Singh has a teaching experience of about thirteen years. Dr. Singh has supervised 20 M.Tech. students for their research work. Dr. Anurag Singh has published various research papers, review articles, book chapters and popular articles in different journals/ books and magazine of national and international repute.
